  • Fine of $2,100 to $5,100 and 5 days to 1 year in prison with no option of community service.
  • 1 year license suspension
  • 2 year installation of ignition interlock device
    
• Blood Alcohol Levels from 0.10 to 0.15:
  • Fine of $2,100 to $5,100 and 30 days to 2 years in prison.
  • 1 year license suspension
  • 2 year installation of ignition interlock device
• Blood Alcohol Levels of 0.16 and above:
  • Fine of $3,500 to $6,300 and 90 days to 3 years in prison.
  • 1 year license suspension
  • 2 year installation of ignition interlock device
