Blood Alcohol Levels from 0.08 to 0.15:
- $500 fine or up to 30 days in jail, or 72 hours of community service.
- 6-month license suspension
- Name published in DMV release
Blood Alcohol Levels of 0.16 and above:
- $1,000 fine or 30 to 90 days in jail, or 30 days community service.
- 6-month license suspension
- Name published in DMV release
